Pricing Structure

Hourly Rates:

• Minimum Charge: If a job takes less than an hour, you'll be charged for a full hour, even if it's just a few minutes.

• Long-Term Jobs: For jobs requiring 15 or more continuous hours of billable work, we offer discounted hourly rates.

• Short-Term Jobs: For jobs requiring 15 billable hours or less of continuous work we offer one-time hourly rates. 

• Multiple Workers: If two people work on a job, you'll be charged for two hours of labor.

Flat-Rate Jobs:

• Fixed Price: We provide fixed prices for certain jobs.

• No Hidden Fees: If a job takes longer than estimated, you won't be charged extra.

• Administration Fee: A 10% administration fee is added to all flat-rate prices.

• Card Surcharge: A 3.5% card fee is added to all flat-rate prices if you pay with a debit, or credit card. 

Hourly Rate Breakdown:

Our hourly rates are straightforward:

• Base Rate: This is the hourly rate for the specific service.

• Administration Fee: A 10% fee is added to the base rate.

• Card Surcharge: A 3.5% card fee is added to all hourly invoices if you pay with a debit, or credit card. 

For example:

• If the base rate is $21/hour, the total cost per hour is $23.10.

• If the base rate is $25/hour, the total cost per hour is $27.50.
